Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to Crypto Payoff (crypto.bwpllp.com), operated by BW Partners LLP. We want you to be confident before you pay — please read this alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Try before you pay
New users get a free trial so you can explore the platform before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure Crypto Payoff is right for you.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops any future renewal charges. You keep full access until the end of your current paid billing period — we do not cut off access the moment you cancel.
3. Refunds
Crypto Payoff is a digital subscription that gives you immediate access to the platform, so subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is active and has been used. We will, however, consider a refund where:
(a) you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period; or
(b) a technical problem on our side prevented you from accessing the Service for a substantial part of your billing period and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.
4. How to request a refund
Email us from your registered email address with your payment reference (the Razorpay Payment ID from your receipt) and a short description of the issue. See our Contact page for details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. How approved refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Before raising a dispute
If something went wrong with a payment, please contact us first — we are happy to help and will usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
