Crypto Payoff is an educational options-strategy builder, backtesting and paper-trading platform for crypto derivatives. It is a simulation and analytics tool only. We are not a broker, exchange, exchange agent, or financial intermediary. We do not execute real trades, hold your trading capital, or place orders on any exchange. Positions in the app are simulated (“paper”) unless you choose to act on them through your own broker — which is entirely your own decision and responsibility.

Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Strategy ideas, AI-generated suggestions, indicators, scanners, and analytics are provided for education and information only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Trading in crypto derivatives carries a high risk of loss and may not be suitable for everyone.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees: ₹499 monthly, ₹1,399 quarterly, ₹2,499 half-yearly, and ₹4,499 yearly. Prices and plans may change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay — by subscribing you authorise the applicable charge. Unless cancelled, a subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time; please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicable taxes may be added.

New users may receive a limited free trial. A trial is offered once per user, for evaluation only, and we may modify or withdraw it at any time.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, do not: use it for any unlawful purpose; reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy it; resell or share your access; or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its data.

The Service, its brand, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

Market data (for example, from Delta Exchange) and AI-generated outputs are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we are not liable for third-party data errors, delays, or downtime.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being misused.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction, unless a different mandatory jurisdiction applies to you.
